The analysis, findings, recommendations, and outputs generated by SOWaudit are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, accounting, or professional advice of any kind.
SOWaudit is not a law firm. No attorney-client relationship is created by your use of the Service. You should consult a licensed attorney before making any decisions based on SOWaudit output.
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in our refund policy.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at Admin@SOWaudit.com.

You retain all rights to the SOW text and other content you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). By submitting content, you grant Sambry Global a limited, non-exclusive license to process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You represent and warrant that you have the right to submit any content you provide and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights or confidentiality obligations.
We do not use Your Content to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
The SOWaudit platform, its design, features, and underlying software are the property of Sambry Global and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated analysis will be complete, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose. AI systems can make mistakes — always apply professional judgment to any output.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DELIVERIQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sambry Global and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.
