When you paste SOW text into the platform, that content is transmitted to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate your analysis. We have agreed with Anthropic that your content will not be used to train their AI models.
We recommend you redact sensitive personal data (names, Social Security numbers, bank details) from SOWs before submitting them. SOWaudit is designed to analyze contract structure and language — personal data in the document is not necessary for the analysis.
We do not store your submitted SOW text beyond the duration of the active session, unless review history is explicitly enabled in your account settings.

We do not sell your personal information to any third party, ever.
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law (e.g., financial records for tax purposes, which are retained for 7 years).
Log data is retained for up to 90 days for security purposes.
We use cookies only for essential functions: keeping you logged in and remembering your session preferences. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit and hashed storage for passwords. No system is 100% secure — if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at Admin@SOWaudit.com.
